This is a sample web application for Backbase AJAX Development, Squaring the Circles.

The application is intended for a site where everyone can follow the travels of family, friends or others. Travelers can blog about their travel experiences and upload photo's to illustrate these.

For simplicity, registration is by invitation only.

This information side bar is intended to contain status information for the travel-blog site, such as:

A list of users.
For a user: a list of trips.
If a user is logged-in, the name of that user.
Later, more items can be added, such as a link to the latest entry, the most popular trip, ...
